Fall Book Fair!!                                                                                        NOV 17, 18, 19 - Where? (school library) 5pm to 8pm, Monday & Tuesday; 9am to 1pm Wednesday.  Volunteers are needed - Contact Leslie Trone

FALL FUNDRAISER - 2008 / 2009   (KATHRYN BEICH)

  • FACT - ALL profits generated from this sale (50% of all sales) go to directly benefit the students at Battle CreekElementary!!                            
  • Important Sale Dates:  >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>                                          
  • Monday, September 22:  Catalogs and order forms will be sent home with all students (participation is voluntary but all efforts are appreciated!)
  • Monday, October 6:  All money and orders are collected (on-line ordering ends Oct. 6 also).  Please return all money in the envelope along with the white and yellow order forms to your student's classroom teacher.  ***Be sure to put your child's name and teacher on the order form and the outside of the envelope ***

    Payment:                                                                                                       All orders are to be be pre-paid - Please make all checks payable to Battle Creek Parent Group.  Please include student and teacher name on the check.  **** Only pre-paid orders will be processed and be available for release ************************************************************

  • ORDER DELIVERY:  <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Wednesday, November 5th (after school): Orders available for pick-up from the school cafeteria between 4:00 and 6:00 PM.  ***Only paid orders will be released ***  DUE TO PERISHABLE ITEMS, ALL ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP ON NOVEMBER 7  <<<<<<<< <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< **********************************************

  • Donations:                                                                                                As always, donations are always gratefully accepted in lieu of selling items.  Please make any checks payable to Battle Creek Parent Group.  Since the prizes are awarded by the Kathryn Beich company, families who make donations are not eligible to earn prizes.

    Awards for the kids:                                                                                 Prizes from the Prize Paradise Brochure for catalog orders are cumulative; each level sold earns prizes from that level and the previous levels sold!!  The more items sold, the more prizes earned!!  Turn in your "Two Items Sold" ticket as soon as you sell 2 (two) items, and receive a Smile Train dog tag! (one per student).  Turn in your "Lucky Duck" tickets each time you sell 5 items and the tickets are placed in a box for a drawing for a chance to win a prize!  (There will be one name pulled from the box and called per day; Enter each time you well 5 (five) items).
